I have a deam about Internet conection here. Currently the Internet connection is very slow and expensive in Indonesia. I heard because Indonesia buy Bandwidth in another Country. Just a queastion, When Indonesia have a cheap and high speed connection?

I heard from friend in Japan. Example, Internet connection in Japan for Home package. The speed is 2MBps and the cost only Rp. 200.000/month. But in Indonesia, for Rp 200.000/month, only have upto 384kbps with quota 1GB upload and download.

When Indonesia can do at least 2MBps for Rp. 200.000/month with unlimited upload and download Quota.

Today, I using Quadsar/MobileQu for internet connection, because they give unlimited quota. the price is Rp. 300.000/month. But unfortunatly the speed is very slow. I am using NetMeter to monitor the speed. Maximum speed only 11kbps for download and 5kbps for upload. For sending email with attachment is so slow.

Question again for Indonesian IT person.

Can you make 2MBps Internet connection with cheap price?
